Objective - Create a planner and online communication for the ALGOT storage system

This project required a broad understanding of communication, UX design and an understanding of human frustration. Originally, the ask was to design and oversee the development of an online planner. What it evolved into was creating a full customer journey and inspirational supporting content.

Since we were working with multiple development partners, it was important to create design principles to align the communication and the planning tool.

I created this customer journey to show why building a planner was NOT the end all solution. This helped us sell in a full customer experience rather than single product solution.

Release. Report. Redo 

The planner was released in 2017. We are in the process of looking into the user behaviour and metrics in order to improve the planner. We are also evaluating several planners to understand how they are being used and improve the customer journey.
